Worldly Finesse Tempering Bucket

Just asking if anyone else is experiencing this-I know there have been threads where people swear by these categories not being weighted. But in the wordly finesse bucket, where you have overpower, ultimate, vuln, and crit damage, I seem to consistently roll overpower and ultimate over, and over, and over again. Sometimes to the point of 3 of those rolls in a row. At this point I just laugh it off but I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

I’ve lost 7 out of 10 potential staves from this. 3 of those were all me to try and get a higher CD% because it rolled low and would wind up not being a significant improvement. It just seems so odd and almost statistically impossible for that category to roll the way it does.

Second: I dont think any Sorcerer wants overpower damage. Why the F is it in that bucket? I dont think most want ultimate damage either, but maybe a few might. If you want to give us the screws from tempering, get rid of crap from the categories.

This is a guide about Worldly Finesse, a Tempering Manual in Diablo 4 (D4). Read on to know about Worldly Finesse including the affixes it provides, its manual type, classes that can temper Worldly Finesse and how to get Worldly Finesse!

Players can begin obtaining Magic Manuals by defeating random enemy mobs in the overworld. You can also get these by progressing through the Seasonal Questline or Campaign Story as well as in various activities such as Dungeons and Strongholds.

Rare Manuals can be obtained later in the game as you progress. You can expect to find them in when you take on events featuring high-density mobs, such as Nightmare Dungeons, Helltides, and Kurast Undercity.

Legendary Manuals can be obtained once you get to the endgame, especially when you enter Torment Difficulties. While

Is Damage % increase (Natural Finesse) The Best Stat to seek when Tempering gear for more Damage?
That or the main stat of the class such as willpower or dexterity are the only ones that actually increase the Damage numbers on the character window. And Damage percentage increase does it drastically. So makes me wonder if it's better than seeking damage increases for specific elements or whatever else.
