This is one of my favorite Eagles songs. It was written after and concerning 9-11, but still could be about the state of the world at this time, too. There are still wars going on, and now there is violence in the streets, and the pandemic virus – they all grab loved ones away, leaving a hole in their family’s society, and in our hearts. ❤
