My waiter didn't seem to recognize about allergy protocols and some of the items on the GF menu looked like they were cooked in a distributed fryer so I knew this was going to be a risky venture.

Tried their pizza since others have had triumph, and they said they cooked it in another oven but still I managed to obtain sick. Would say this is not a safe place for a sensitive celiac.

Waitress was very knowledgeable. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza with no cheese and it was amazing! The waitress took note I was celiac and I didn’t get sick at all after eating here!! I will be back. Very impressed. They also have a large separate gluten free menu if you question for it

Update a year and a half later: still admire PJs- it’s my go to place in town. I’ve never been sick and I leave here about once every month. I love how they alter the menu every season!
