Old World Blues has everything: visually striking locales to explore, an open world that's not TOO large, a well-written plot with an interesting twist, new and cool gear, unique enemies and...severe balance issues.

From the get-go, you're abducted and taken to a strange pre-war research facility, missing all your gear and some vital organs. As you track down your organs and seek escape from Big Mountain, you'll explore a new world space more open than the other DLC and face off against new foes, all the while unlocking the secrets of this facility with the help of a new companion. The themes concern holding onto the past and ignoring the present, while the plot deals with dangerous threats to the rest of the world and makes reference to Dead Money and Lonesome Road. You'll also gain access to new weapons and armor, new perks and a higher level cap.
